Urgent - Unusual red bumps on my skin, could this be a cockroach bite or bed bug?

Hey everyone, I thought I'd mention my encounter with what I believe to be a cockroach bite - I discovered these weird swollen spots on my arm and wasn't sure if it was a cockroach bite vs bed bug since the symptoms were quite unclear. How can you tell what bit you because I'm experiencing some cockroach bite symptoms bite swelling and slight pain - do cockroaches bite or am I looking at a different pest? I've been researching how to treat a cockroach bite and tried some basic home remedies like ice and antiseptic but how long does a cockroach bite last and should I be worried about complications? Suggestions on identifying cockroach bite marks would be really helpful!
