Tips Please advise - Weird bite symptoms on my leg, is this a cockroach bite or bed bug?

Hi folks, I just discovered that roaches do bite people after waking up with some odd bites on my skin - the bite symptoms were tiny red bumps that looked nothing like mosquito bites because they were not in lines, and when I researched what a cockroach bite looks like I realized that's precisely what I had!
